The complex overlooks a wide canal with amazing views. The unit does not have water views but the canal is a short walk less than a minute.. This unit is fully stocked and ready for your vacation needs! You have boat dockage with your rental, fish cleaning station, boat ramp privileges and a pool. The condo has WIFI for your internet needs. Each room has a brand new queen mattress. Brand new leather sofas in the living room. There is coin operated laundry on site. The only thing that didn't get a five star from us is the accuracy of the listing. We are tennis players and were excited to have access to an on site tennis court. The property manager is fantastic; responsive to everything we brought to her attention. Cons: The building is very old and the entry is unappealing. The bathtub is old and worn to the point where it does not look clean (even though it was) which makes it unpleasant to use. The balcony is tiny and overlooks a trashy lot. The pool is the farthest away on the property from this apartment and is not well maintained. 2 of our 7 days the pool was clean. The pool handrail and both umbrellas (the only source of shade) were broken. The pool chairs are mildewy. The pool heat & circulation stopped working toward the end of our stay and the other guests said it was common. Nice location as it is a quiet neighborhood. Pool was very clean as was the complex. My children were the very last ones to play on the tennis courts as it has now been converted to boat storage. The kids loved being able to fish right off the dock and we left a fishing pool for future guests to utilize. The unit had 2 beach chairs, a cooler, tennis rackets, tennis balls, and a blow up mattress which we didn’t use. The neighborhood is nice and we were able to exercise and run daily around the neighboring roads. We rented a boat from CoCos just down the street and that was a huge plus! Kids caught a wide variety of fish! We hung out at a sand bar and explored both the bay and ocean side. Manatees were frequently seen around the dock and were so friendly! Other guests were friendly and we very much enjoyed our time there! Bathroom was a little dated and the floor could have been mopped better as we prefer to leave our shoes off at the door, but linens were clean and fresh and it had what we needed to make it a great stay at the keys! The realtor was very prompt and responsive. My only suggestion would be to hire a different cleaning service. For the cleaning fee, they should be cleaning a little better. ##### Strong Pearl G. The pool was nice. The neighbors are all quiet. Some building going on in the neighborhood caused some early morning noise. The condo was very clean and had what we needed. ##### Angela K. Quiet neighborhood close to everything in Marathon. We were pleased with the cleanliness. The kitchen had just the basics but is adequate. The full bath is tired and needs a refresh. ##### Tim D. The fully equipped kitchen was excellent, pool was refreshing and clean, the place was spotless and it was close to a few really great restaurants. However, we did face thick palm trees and other plantings and it felt very private while eating and using the living area, which was great. A few steps down the hallway to the back of the building and down one flight of stairwell was a beautiful, wide canal with shaded seating - good place to read! The pool was not huge, but had a chiller which made it comfortable any time of day and the owners in residence and guests were all very pleasant. ##### Gerald B. The beds were comfy and loved the beach theme! We enjoyed evenings in the communal area having cocktails and chatting to neighbors and it was peaceful on the water. The condo does not have a water view (when we booked we thought it did) but it does have a little balcony that looks out on to the empty lot next door and some big palms. There are some fixes that have been made in the condo (lights and fan) and the kitchen was perfect for cooking our own meals. The on site laundry machine was not great and we ended up taking our laundry to the laundromat near 7 mile bridge.
