Each floor is appointed with colorful decorations as well as comfortable furnishings and high-quality linens and towels. There are numerous spots on the property to sit and relax, read a book, or have a glass of wine and a chat. Quiet and peaceful. There are beautiful surroundings almost everywhere you look. You can watch the sunrise and sunset views from the rooftop deck. There is deep water dockage for multiple boats and water toys out your back door. Golf out your front door. Dining, shopping, and entertainment are just minutes away. Sombrero Beach a short drive away and Bahia Honda a short 15-minute drive across the beautiful 7-mile bridge. This property is located close to everything or “a world away”, as you choose. An ideal vacation gathering place! 101 Sombrero is on Boot Key Harbor and available for 7-days rental or longer. This quaint residence consists of three separate apartments each with their own entry, kitchen, and bathroom(s). This is the ideal location to get away with a small group, but still, have your own space to retreat. It was designed ideally for 3 couples but 4 couples can fit. Each beautiful unit has incredible sunset views of Boot Key Harbor from the balconies or porch. The property has ample private parking in front of the house. Across the street, there is a gravel parking area that is on a 1st come basis. The backyard has a table for 6 for alfresco dining and a large grill to prepare the catch of the day. The property boasts 100 ft of sea wall with four boat slips. Each slip having shore power and water. Two boat slips will accommodate up to 50 ft boats. The two other slips will accommodate up to 36 ft boats. There is a fish cleaning table and water at the docks as well as an outdoor shower and outdoor bait freezer. Bring your own boats and enjoy the great location. The breezeway offers a table and two comfy chairs to enjoy a cool shady spot. You will also find a full bath with shower for convenience when spending time outdoors and the laundry facilities are right next to it. The condo is on the second floor of the house has a large family room and kitchen area that opens up to Boot Key Harbor and balcony via the 16 ft wall of windows. The dining table seats 6 and there are also barstools at the kitchen counter. Comfortable couches and a flatscreen TV provide a great spot to catch a movie. There is a cute and convenient 1/2 bath tucked between the kitchen and the master bedroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is large with views of the harbor and a lovely king size bed with luxury 100% cotton bedding. Two tropical ceiling fans and A/C will keep you comfortable. The master bathroom is roomy with double sinks, tub/shower, and thick cotton towels. The door to access the stairs to the rooftop deck is just across from the bathroom door. The second bedroom is accessed from the master bedroom as well. It is small but still has an IKEA bed that converts to a queen-size bed. It has a triple sliding glass door to the second-floor exterior wrap around deck as well as an amazing view of the harbor. The tropical ceiling fan and A/C make it a great little sunroom or place for a nap if not being used as a bedroom. Sliding glass doors opened onto a balcony that faced the water. The rooftop terrace was great for sunset views and photos. The street loops around a golf course and was a perfect route for running or walking. Publix grocery was 3 minutes away. We didn’t have to go far to find good restaurants. We visited the Turtle Hospital and watched them release a sea turtle the next day at Sombrero Beach. Balcony was a nice place for morning coffee. The master bed was very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was a little small and the guests come into the master bedroom to access the bathroom and their room. The ikea bed starts to get uncomfortable after the 2nd night. The rooftop area was great for viewing the sunrise, catching some afternoon sun, and star gazing. Bring your bikes for biking to the Pigeon Key pedestrian bridge and to Sombrero Beach. Great location to the grocery store and restaurants. Having a washer and dryer available was great. Daryna, property manager, was awesome. Responded quickly to our request for extra towels. All units were rented and there was plenty of parking, it was nice and quiet. Just an FYI bring salt and pepper and cone coffee filters. Laundry soap is provided. ##### Tina K.
