Summary:  
Located between Key Largo and Key West, this waterfront condo is nestled within a peaceful resort overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy a relaxing stay with convenient access to the best of the Florida Keys, scenic drives, water activities, local dining, and iconic attractions. Whether you're planning to fish, snorkel, explore nearby state parks, or simply unwind by the water, this condo offers a comfortable base for your island getaway.  
  
The Space:  
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers 1,300 sq. ft. of living space, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The open layout includes a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner, and large-screen TV. The dining area flows into a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and breakfast nook.  
  
The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, en-suite bath with shower, and direct access to a screened balcony with outdoor seating. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with a full bathroom across the hall. A washer and dryer are included in the unit for added convenience.  
  
Located just 2.5 miles from Sombrero Beach and close to Marathon attractions, dining, and more.  
  
Guest Access:  
Marathon Key Beach Club features one of the largest pools in the area and shares amenities with Banana Bay Resort, including access to boat slips and trailer parking (arranged through the dock master). Guests have full use of the condo and resort facilities for relaxation and recreation.
