« 人手が少なかったようで少し待たされましたが、それからのスタッフさんの対応が手際よく、かつ温かく丁寧で非の打ち所がなかったので、逆にとても好印象でした！ 初めて親子で宿泊させて頂きましたが、子供用のアメニティもご用意してくださって子供もとても喜んでいました。 大浴場も良かったですが、部屋のシャワーヘッドが良いやつ（ミスト状？で湯あたりが柔らかくなるやつ）で、部屋でも最高のお風呂を満喫させて頂きました。 朝ごはんは頼まなかったので分かりませんが、また機会があれば、ぜひ優先的におじゃまさせて頂きたいと思います。 最初から最後まで大満足だったので、文句なしの星5です😊 »

« We had an excellent 3 nights stay at the hotel located at an amazing place. Kobe and all its interesting places (especially the port and the Nunobiki Herb Gardens) are only about 20 minutes by train). The bus for the Awaji island starts at the station near the hotel. The hotel is very clean, perfectly maintained and although it welcomes hundreds of people every day, the perfect organization makes that you feel well. Unfortunately, the public bath was under repair when we came, but the delicious...
