Most of the home is very nice. Some areas show former maintenance issues, and we are not sure they are completely resolved. Might be a slow plumbing leak in the middle bathroom causing a mold issue in the lower bathroom. When first entering there was a musty smell which went away when the central air came on. I feel bad for the owners. Whenever they update carpet, deck, wallpaper, roof and maybe kitchen, they are likely to spend 100k. ##### David C.
