Bring your boat to our waterfront condo next to Pirates Cove Marina, a world class fishing center! Walk to a restaurant, clubhouse, community pool, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, and boardwalk.  
  
Marine Gecko is the perfect spot to bring your boat and your furbaby & take in the incredible water views from the deck! Linens & towels are brand new & top quality, beds will be made on your arrival so you can relax. We want your vacation to be a relaxing get away in your home away from home.  
  
Our home is a beautifully constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront piece of paradise. The dock is on a gorgeous canal that leads right out to the sound. Launching the kayak is easy right from the dock! Bring your boat and keep it right out back. An outside shower is available under the house along with a gas grill for the grill master in your group. Our romantic waterfront home is an excellent choice to vacation with its proximity to shopping, restaurants, arts, sightseeing, laser tag, boating, fishing, bird watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding & eco tours.  
  
Marine Gecko is located in Pirates' Cove, surrounded by bike & walking paths and conveniently to the beach. There are also numerous beach accesses with free parking within a few miles from the home.  
  
We have a fully equipped eat in kitchen which includes dishes, cookware, cutlery, barware, & glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, gas range & dual ovens, toaster, & refrigerator/freezer with ice & water in the door.

We want you everyone to have a wonderful, relaxing getaway in our Outer Banks home! Part of ensuring the same experience for everyone relies on our housekeepers, inspection personnel, and maintenance repair personnel being able to get the house in tip top shape for you and your family in-between renters. They do a fantastic job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. If anything needs attention during your stay, please let us know so we can arrange for someone to take care of it either during your stay or in preparation for our next guests, whichever your prefer. Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are included in your welcome. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.  
  
We understand that there are times when you may need an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to arrival. This payment allows us to compensate our house staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is ready yet if you do not choose to coordinate a guaranteed early check-in. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare our home for your getaway!

#### Chemo getaway

We rented this condo to celebrate my husband finishing chemo and the start of radiation. The location was perfect! We throughly enjoyed eating dinner on the deck on our final evening. The owner was very responsive in communication. Will definitely rent again!

#### Spring break home run!

This community has it all to keep everyone in the family happy. The condo itself was extremely clean, well furnished and thoughtfully appointed with higher quality than other rental properties. It’s the little things, but quality hand soap, nice towels, sharp knives, drink koozies- the owners have taken a thoughtful approach to making sure you feel at home. The proximity to Jeanette’s pier made some unexpected April beach weather easily accessible. We loved eating at the on property restaurant, walking the piers, feeding the ducks, using the tennis courts and playground. Right around the corner from downtown Manteo. The property manager was friendly and responsive. And the beds- very comfortable. Would definitely rent again!

#### Fantastic Stay!

This was a great place and location! Easy access to fun local restaurants and beach areas. The property was very clean, easy check-in with plenty of room for four. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and living room area. Bathrooms had great water pressure for plenty steaming hot showers. Outside deck area is on a stream and was a very relaxing area with a beautiful view of the sunset. Look forward to visiting again!
