This place located in a unique setting with landscaped garden crossed by the river, is ideal for a stopover or to rest longer enjoying the serenity of the place. You will find all the comfort of a warm home and can enjoy the charm of Charentais landscapes, while being close to local shops. Located 15 km from Ruffec (TGV station) and 25 km from Angoulême (TGV station) The property has an entrance, a large living space with a lounge, fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator). American, bar), 1 master suite with dressing room, bathroom, toilet, and a twin bedroom, shower, toilet. Possibility to have a real extra bed 140 in the living room if necessary, for large family or group of friends. We also have a baby umbrella bed, changing table, and high chair. Le Moulin is very comfortable with little extras like nice soap, lovely linen, a little breakfast for your first morning. Mariel enjoyed having my three children to stay.
