Casa Dumont is a spacious single-family vacation rental located in Manno, Switzerland, approximately 5 km from Lugano. Built in 1988, this three-story house is surrounded by trees and offers a peaceful, sunny setting in the Nucleo Manno district. It features central heating and Internet Wifi for your convenience.

The property is ideally situated for outdoor enthusiasts, with hiking paths mere steps away from the house. Enjoy easy access to scenic routes like Monte Bré, Malcantone, and Monte Generoso. Golfers can indulge in their passion at the nearby 18-hole golf course, just 7.2 km away, while minigolf enthusiasts will find a course 8.7 km from the vacation rental.

Casa Dumont is conveniently located near various amenities, including shops, a grocery store (500 m), a restaurant (10 m), and the town center (10-minute walk). Parking is available at a public car park 200 m away or on the road. Please note that a car is recommended for your stay, and loading/unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday rental.

Unit Layout  
The spacious and bright 6-room house spans 260 square meters across three levels. It underwent a full renovation in 2016, ensuring a comfortable and tasteful living experience. The main level features an open-concept living room with an inviting open-hearth fireplace, complete with cable TV, a flat-screen television, radio, and a hi-fi sound system. This level also boasts a large kitchen/living area equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a Nespresso capsule machine and a fondue set for your culinary enjoyment. Both the living room and kitchen/living area provide direct access to the terrace and patio areas. The lower ground floor offers a cozy small living room with cable TV and a flat-screen television, as well as a double bedroom with a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC. The upper floor houses another double bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a balcony, along with an additional room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and a bath/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you can enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds (additional fee), and a hair dryer. The property also features a large patio area, partially covered, with terrace furniture and an electric portable barbecue. For your entertainment, the house is equipped with cable TV, flat-screen televisions, a radio, and a hi-fi sound system. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, a Nespresso capsule machine, and a fondue set (chinoise, cheese).  
  
Other Information  
The house boasts a beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside, and the resort. It is a non-smoking property, ideal for families, and offers special pricing for winter rentals upon request. Lower rates are available for rentals from November to March. The house comfortably accommodates a maximum capacity of six people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property also provides complimentary WiFi internet access. Its location is in the Dumont resort area, and it bears the identifier LEAR 4170.
