There are 4 steps to the apartment on the ground floor. This is on the ground floor, without steps, also for people with walking difficulties, but not wheelchair accessible. In the small, well-equipped kitchenette there is everything you need for everyday use, ceramic hob, microwave, pots, dishes etc. 2 bedrooms, including 1 room with double bed, cot couch with coffee table, TV, large desk with chair, and 1 room with 2 single beds, sitting area, and TV. In the daylight bathroom there is a shower, toilet and sink, and 1 washing machine. In the hallway, right next to the kitchen, there is a cozy dining area When moving into the apartment, the beds are already made, and 1 towel and 1 shower towel per person. In a shoe rack behind the entrance door, men and women swim mules are available. This is included in the price. The owner and landlord live in an apartment on the same floor, so they are usually available as contact persons. If this is not the case, communication via mobile phone is always possible. Price for a 4-day stay: Price per day for 2 people 85 EUR Price per day for at least 3 people 105 EUR, Price per day for 4 people 140 EUR Price for a stay of 5 days: Price per day for 2 people 80EUR Price per day for at least 3 people 105 EUR, Price per day for 4 people 120 EUR Can also be rented for a longer period of time, then please negotiate a price with the landlord, since the monthly rent is much cheaper than stated here if you stay longer. The owner was nice, left us drinking water, paper towel etc. The major inconvenience for us was that there is no place for eating, the kitchen is very small, we had to eat in one of the bedrooms. Also, the apartment is very dated and requires major cleaning. The linen was clean, and the pots/dishes too. ##### Marina A.
