As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by a backdrop of lush greenery and blue waters that will let all of life's worries slip away. Step inside and you will find lake-themed decor, a spacious layout, and plush furnishings to kick back on during any downtime spent indoors. When you need to curb everyone's appetite, the fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living area boasting bar seating at the island, all of the major appliances, and plenty of counter space to help you whip up any recipe with ease. When you want to get a bit of fresh air, step out to the covered patio with a cup of coffee each morning, walk down to the private dock on warm summer days, or gather around the firepit as the stars come out! Don't forget to bring the furry members of the family along too, as this home is dog-friendly! If you want to experience over 52 miles of paved bike trails, there's nothing better than the Heart of Vilas County Bike Trail, accessible right from the home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: There are loops to tie up 2 boats, no bumpers.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
