Enjoy making memories in this spacious lakefront home, perfect for gathering families or larger groups! Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate 16+ guests. Lake access is directly behind property, perfect for docking your own boat or a rental! Public boat launch is just minutes away, as well as a 5 minute drive to multiple dining options, ice cream, and golfing. Conveniently located off of 223, just 25 minutes NW of Adrian, MI. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city. Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. We found a golf course nearby, Granite, which was a good value. Rob's rentals provided our pontoon boat with room for 16, and we enjoyed our cruise around the lake. The four showers were very handy. Had we been staying during the summer, everyone would have loved to take advantage of the lake and all of the water sport accessories available in the garage. All the amenities and toiletries are there with plenty to spare. Property was clean and comfortable.
