Devil’s Lake-adjacent with lake views and lake access, this property has been updated top to bottom, and is ready to welcome you! Enjoy this multi-generational, family-friendly lake house that makes it easy for everyone to spread out and relax both inside and out. This home features a full-length ramp from the parking area into the home, making access easy for all ages. Preparing meals is a pleasure in the new, open kitchen with updated appliances and separate family dining area. Prefer grilling out? The oversized deck has a large gas grill for your use. Enjoy the home year-round with the wood-burning stone fireplace. Elegant and private master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with soaking tub and double sinks. All-new mattresses and deluxe bedding throughout. The property has main floor laundry and off-street parking. Rental includes two paddle boards and two kayaks for your use, there are also local boat rental options. Central heat and air conditioning. Minimum age for rental is 25\. This is a family-friendly neighborhood and large parties are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate cancellation of reservation with no refunds given. Absolutely no smoking on property. This is a beautiful, spacious home for my family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The home was clean, had all the necessities we would need for cooking, showering, sleeping. They even have 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards in the garage we were able to use. The lake access was a short walk and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We had one issue with no hot water the day we checked in, and someone was there to fix it within an hour. Communication with the homeowner was superb. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back!
