The outdoor pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Guests are required to review and adhere to the facility rules posted on-site. Sleeping Arrangements - Main Floor Master with Master Bath, Queen; Upstairs bedroom with separate bath, Queen; Lower level living/sleeping room, Twin over Full Bunk and Twin over Twin Bunk. Two roll away beds included. You'll appreciate the love and care that went in to this great property from the moment you step inside. Tons of fantastic updates include new paint throughout, new floors, new counters, new appliances and so much more. The condo was just purchased and set up to be the ideal short-term rental for you stay in our beautiful beachfront town. The rental is pet-friendly! Feel free to bring your furry friend. We simply ask that you include your pet when booking. There is an additional $15/night pet fee which will be added to the stay. AMENITIES INCLUDE: central air, laundry, grill, gas fireplace, spare beach towels, and lots of games and extras. Smart TVs and Wifi included. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and drip and k-cup coffee makers are available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, blender, ice maker and waffle make. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products. LOCATION: Harbor Village is on the shores of Lake Michigan's sugar sandy beaches with beautifully landscaped grounds, a deep-water marina with slips for rent, community fishing dock, indoor and outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, and a gated playground for the children to enjoy. Plus, it's just minutes to historic downtown Manistee, The Riverwalk, world-class golf and fishing, public parks and nature trails. The ideal place for family vacations, weekend getaways or the avid boater or fisherman! The Boardwalk Vacation Rentals Promise: To our guests, we promise a memorable and stress-free vacation. Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay. ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests. DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. For safety reasons, there may be external security cameras in use. The condo is very comfortable and clean . My boys loved the bunk beds and all the games and dart board in the basement. The kitchen was really nice with nice pots to cook in . And the community was great and very pretty , walking distance to pool and very short drive or walk to the beach . The beach is awesome with lots of free parking and a great beach concession stand that had great assortment of stuff for lunch and you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas . ##### Katie M.
