Right across the street from North Channel Brewery and 6 miles from Little River Casino. Our house has a first floor, primary bedroom that is handicapped friendly and full bathroom (deck entrance has 1 step). Renovated main floor living room is perfect for family gatherings and game nights. Our second floor has a full bath and loft perfect for large groups. We have a brand new (Spring 2025) deck with a gas fire pit on the deck and a wood burning fire pit in the backyard where you can enjoy s'mores and stories while enjoying unplugging outside in Northern Michigan. Our yard is fully fenced in, so you can enjoy peace and privacy in your Up North retreat. Pets: We allow up to two dogs per group ($75 one time cleaning fee) at the house. No cats or other animals are allowed. The space A tranquil escape nestled in Manistee, Michigan. This picturesque downtown house offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. Location: Situated on a peaceful stretch between Lake Manistee and Lake Michigan, this charming home provides downtown entertainment, ease of access to beaches, and the calm of being in nature. Located just 2 blocks from downtown Manistee, you'll enjoy the convenience of nearby amenities while still basking in the tranquility of Northern Michigan. Features: Spacious Deck: Relax and unwind on the expansive deck, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, alfresco dining, or simply soaking up the sun. Proximity to the water: Launch your kayak, cast a fishing line, or simply dip your toes in the waters of Lake Michigan (0.5 mile away), Lake Manistee (1 mile away), or the Manistee River (across the street). Outdoor Living: Embrace the outdoor lifestyle with a open back deck; ideal for picnics, barbecues, and outdoor gatherings. Inside, the home boasts 4 newly renovated bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two welcoming living area; one on the main floor and one of the second floor, perfect for large gatherings. We happily allow a maximum of two well behaved dogs at the property with a pet fee (no other animals). Please respect our property and pet rules so we can keep allowing dogs to stay. Modern Amenities: Equipped with modern conveniences such as seamless WiFi throughout the home, brand new furnace for heating and AC with a smart thermostat, keypad entry, and four smart televisions throughout the house. It has everything you could think of in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. They have really thought of everything to make your stay feel like home. I had everything I needed for 3 days with my adult kids and grandkids. They had special added touches like blankets, games, toys, plenty of plates, utensils, and towels. We loved our stay and hope to be back in the warmer months to enjoy the back yard. The location was close to downtown and beaches. The property was very clean and family friendly, with lots of toys for kids and games for adults. Loved the firepit, grill, and eating outside on the spacious deck. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with nearly everything you need to prepare meals. Our host was extremely accomodating and very responsive. Our only complaint is only having 2 bathrooms, and being close to downtown, it could be a little noisy at times. ##### Andrew B. Marcus was a great host, very responsive and was kind enough to check in the morning of day 2 to make sure everything was going well and there wasn’t anything we needed. Property was clean and as advertised in the photos, the provided coffee from the local coffee shop was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this property! ##### Travis H. We booked this cute home for our annual friends trip/beach volleyball tournament weekend. We had a large group - 13 adults and this fit us very comfortably. Lots of space to spread out and still feel like you have some privacy in a home with 13 people! Beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets and seating options! Quick walk to the beach and the bars. Yummy brewery right across the street. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, bowls, etc. Very convenient! The house was beautifully renovated with plenty of space for all 4 of us with two adults and two teenagers. With it being pet friendly also, it was just like being able to stay at home. The deck out back was a gorgeous place to relax at night with the comfortable patio furniture and the propane outdoor fireplace - we were even able to get the kids away from their electronics. Highly recommend this rental and will try to book it again in the future. ##### Brenda H.
