Not sure if because the hotel name is different than advertised here or perhaps the address is within an alley, or both. Check in process is slow, I arrived at 1pm and was allowed to my room at 3pm. Upon check-in you're also asked to sign this long two page hotel policies. Hotel has no elevator, bad if you're disabled or have a lot of luggage. I had to go up/down 5 floors everyday. Location, is also not great. My room was clean despite the fact it had ants everywhere.
