The room was in good condition, but the staff is awssome and extremely accommodating. The construction in the front was a bit of an inconvenience, but they are trying to make it better, so it will be worth it next year.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooftop swimming pool and restaurant. Buffet style breakfast, where you can fill yourself up for the day. Hotel is in poor condition and A/C is noisy, but hotel is cheap. I have stayed here several times so can't be so bad.

I booked this for a friend and they liked how homey and laid back this hotel is. The service was also great. Their only comment is the bathroom, there's a foul odor coming from it as soon as they enter the room. Please add exhaust fans. Overall, stay was great 👍

Perfect for a few days in Pasay

I love this place, its my go to when I am in Manila! Its a good location, the pool area and bar are great, and I love all the staff! Everyone is soooo friendly! Shout out to my great friends Annie, Luis and Lloyd! MOA is close as well as Manila Bay.

Cute pool on the roof about 15 meter square with a view of the city. OK breakfast with eggs and meat. The restaurant on the top floor was good - the problem was LOUD karaoke music and signing that was not enjoyed by us. If the volume were about half it would be OK but we could not talk across our table! Very unpleasant. I should have asked them to turn it down - I think they might have.

The hotel itself is good and clean. The food is great! The pool area is pretty. It is a bonus to have toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. The staff are excellent. However, the street is very narrow and crowded. Some areas of the street are dirty. Overall we had a good time bonding and we had fun.

Would recommend for the price, Rooms are on the small side, pool is nice and food was good and reasonably priced, Mall in a couple of minutes walking distance, Good street food and a good location, Only thing that is a let down is luggage storage is for the day only of residence, so if you need to store luggage for a number of days while you travel and wish to use as a staging place to stay it’s not for you. 88 court yard hotel is much better bet and worth the extra cost.

Room was very comfortable, food was very good. Service was great, they got us transportation to airport. And very good time. All staff was very, very courteous. Enjoyed the stay there. Very good eateries at right across the street. It was very important that I got to the airport on time. And they were able to do so at 4 AM in the morning. Shuttle within 2 minutes. service was ready to.go

The building itself is not capable of staying comfortable, the room we got is very dark and scary the whole ways are scary. Over all is terrible except one male staff is very kind and helpful.
