Food is okay. Staff are polite and accomodating. My only major complaint is the loud noise at night bec of its proximity to karaoke bars. The walls are not noise proof. Once the room next to me turned on the TV with max volume. And I could hear and feel the bass on my bed. Air conditioner is noisy, can be an issue to people who are noise sensitive.
