We present a fully FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING AMENITIES (27 SQM) on the 11th floor. The building is well maintained, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our unit is designed for coziness, ensuring you feel right at home. \*Unit Features: 1) All utility bills included. 2) High-speed cable and internet access. 3) 1 queen-size bed and 1 sofa bed. 4) Complete kitchenware and utensils provided. NOTE: We have 2 side by side fully furnished and beautifully decorated units for families and friends who want to stay together. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel. Shell Residences is within walking distance to MOA and nearby entertainment sights and attractions. GUEST ACCESS Available amenities include swimming pools, kiddie pools, a children's playground, an outdoor fitness area, basketball and tennis courts, and an outdoor lounge. The lobby is also available for entertaining guests. The building features function rooms that can be reserved in accordance with property management policies.
