Hotel Nada Recomendable

De entrada el hotel no está en Manglaralto como indica la dirección, es un hotel totalmente descuidado, habitación sin una silla, ni closets, lleno de literas que no dejan ni espacio, baño totalmente descuidado, la puerta no se podia cerrar por estar dañada la cerradura, el espejo totalmente manchado de viejo, la ducha sin pera, cortinas que no llegan al suelo, y para colmo cuando regresamos de un paseo nos encontramos con CACAS de cucaracha o ratón encima de una cama. por la noche unos huéspedes tomando y con música a alto volumen y cantando sin que nadie dijera nada, hasta las 05:30 AM. el Desayuno Malo Malo, un jugo de melón sin melón, un café que no sabia a cafe, unos huevos revueltos, frios y sin sal.

Way below average

Although I know the place is just for spending the night my family and I believe there is a lack of quality in the minimum expected standards: The charged us for being 2 adults and 2 kids, still there are no enough amenities and linen for all of us. TV signal didnot work, if there was a major problem was not advice. Seat toilet broken, room door was unable to be locked, so anyone could get into our room (we were on the first floor) We spend the whole time outside and our few hours in the hotel were miserable. Do not recommend it

Expensive and they keept turning off the water all the time!!! So annoying, bad wi-fi too! With that said the staff was at least helpful
