Bedding and cleaning service supplied with a one off fixed fee. 3 bedrooms, a good sized lounge and an open plan kitchen which flows out onto a large covered deck area. One large bathroom which contains toilet, shower and laundry. Another separate toilet. Additional outdoor shower comes in handy during busy times in the bathroom. The large covered deck area provides all weather outdoor entertaining and leaves the lounge for the kids or quite time. Large backyard provides a great space for kids to play or parking. The home is fitted out with a semi rustic feel, but with modern clean amenities and appliances. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Heat pump A/C to keep you cool or warm, and a wood fire for extra heat & ambiance. Endless gas hot water means no unplanned cold showers. The Smart TV is online for Netflix or other entertainment apps. Free to air TV and DVD / Blueray player with a great selection of movies.
