This Cozy, well equipped, and secure Bungalow has easy access to the Mandeville Town Center and is located within walking distance of the Manchester Golf and Country Club which offers Golf, Tennis and a Jogging trail.  
  
House is wired for security, and is linked to "Hawkeye", a high quality performance Security Company. All three (3) Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning Units. Both the entrance gate and garage door are installed with remote control.
