With its south-west facing position on a slope, the house boasts a picturesque setting, only 2.5 km from the scenic lake. The property features a spacious yard of 2'400 m2, complete with a terraced garden adorned with trees and a lush meadow. Parking is conveniently available on the premises, and you can enjoy internet access with Wi-Fi connectivity during your stay.

The accommodation is a 3-room house with an area of 80 square meters, situated on the upper ground floor. It features a spacious living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a dining table, and satellite TV. The living area provides access to a balcony and a terrace. There are two bedrooms, one with a French bed (160 cm) and access to the terrace, while the other has a window overlooking the living room and another French bed (160 cm). The open kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, four gas rings, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and it also leads to the balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. It has a shower/WC, gas heating, and floor heating throughout. The floors are covered in parquet, adding a touch of elegance. Outdoor spaces include a west-facing balcony, a roofed terrace with a south-facing position, and a 400-square-meter garden. Guests can enjoy alfresco dining with the provided terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs (2). The location offers stunning panoramic views of the lake, mountains, and the resort.
