Enjoy a large 25-meter swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery (renovated in 2017), with sun loungers for moments of relaxation and serenity. Rental for 2 people (33 m²) with stunning views of the Esterel and a 20 m² terrace furnished with a garden table and chairs, as well as a private small garden. The property was renovated in January 2018. Interior: Large bay window offering plenty of natural light. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, stovetop, small oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes. Bedroom with a double bed and brand new, high-quality bedding. Bathroom with shower and sink, plus a separate WC. Bed linens provided (towels and tea towels available at an additional cost, if needed). Just 5-6 minutes by car from the beaches of La Napoule, Mandelieu, or Théoule-sur-Mer (private access path), and only 8 km from the center of Cannes.
