A short walk from the Etihad Stadium and close to central Manchester, this is the perfect city base! The Space: The beautiful interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. Modern living and historic design blend together seamlessly in this stunning apartment, with original features such as pipework, beams and exposed brick. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart Tv. The large original style windows, bathe the space in natural light, and the red brick ceiling gives a hint of the building's history. The generous bedrooms feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathrooms feature powerful showers (1 also has a bath), as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Free on-site parking is available. The nearest tram stop (Holt Town) is 15 minutes walk from the apartment and Manchester Picadilly Train Station is a 20 minute walk away. Getting Around: Etihad Stadium is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Central Manchester can be reached within 25 minutes on foot, or Holt Town Tram stop is just a 15 minute walk away, connecting the rest of greater Manchester.
