The neighborhood boasts excellent transport connections with Levenshulme train station providing quick access to Manchester city center.   
  
Local amenities include the vibrant Levenshulme Market, known for its artisanal food and crafts, plus a variety of independent shops and cafes along Stockport Road. \+ By train: From MAN Airport to Manchester Piccadilly, then switch to Northern line to Burnage Station  
\+ By bus: Take the 43 bus service to Derby Road, then take 25 service to Burnage High School stop, then 6 minute walk from the bus stop.

Before you book:  
This home is protected by MINUT Noise Monitor. A Noise level restriction is in place to protect our neighbour from anti-social behaviours. (There is a bedbound elderly man that sleeps downstairs on the other side of our wall). Any violations will lead to the reservation being cancelled, and with immediate eviction from the property.   
  
House Rules:  
1\. No smoking inside premises  
2\. Pets are not allowed.  
3\. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)  
4\. No parties, loud music or events allowed  
5\. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
