A comfortable 5-bedroom house in leafy suburb Withington close to the city center and universities, hosted by Staycasa Accommodation. Bright, clean, and spacious—perfect for groups or families. Includes a lovely back garden, and is just minutes away from Old Moat Park with plenty of other amenities and transport links.  
  
Short and long-term stays welcome, with weekly and month-long booking applied! Feel free to get in touch.  
  
The neighborhood offers a mix of residential tranquility and convenient local amenities. Nearby, you'll find the bustling Withington district, known for its eclectic mix of shops, cafes, and restaurants, all within a short walk. For those interested in green spaces, the popular Fletcher Moss Botanical Garden is just a short drive away, providing a scenic spot for relaxation.   
  
The University of Manchester and the vibrant cultural hub of Oxford Road are easily accessible, making it a convenient spot for students and professionals alike. Additionally, excellent transport links, including bus services and nearby train stations, ensure easy access to Manchester city center and beyond.  
  
You will have access to the entire house and the back garden.

Arrival by Train or Tram, nearest stations:  
\+ Mauldeth Road Station (20 minute walk, or 7 minute by taxi)  
\+ Burton Road Tram Stop (18 minute walk, or 4 minute by taxi)  
  
Arrival by bus, nearest stops:  
\+ Old Moat Park (1 minute walk)  
\+ Whitington Library Stop B (4 minute walk)  
\+ Mauldeth Road West (5 minute walk)  
  
Arrival by Flight, best directions:  
\+ 20-25 minute by Taxi, such as Uber (Cost estimate. £25.00)  
\+ By train: From Manchester Airport to Mauldeth Road Station via Northern Rail Way, 10-15 minutes, then 20 minute walk to the house.  
\+ By bus: From Manchester Airport, take bus number 43 to Withington Library (Stop B), about 30-45 minutes, then 7 minutes walk to the house.

Before you book:  
Sofa Bed Usage - Additional charges apply for the usage of sofabed, regardless of number of guests. Please let management team know if you wish to use the sofabed, and if you'd like us to dress the bed prior to your arrival. You must give us as much advance notice as possible to give us chance to facilitate this otherwise it may become unavailable to use during your stay.
