\- Check-out time is before 11am on day of departure. Unauthorised late check-outs will be charged at £50  
\- Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.  
\- Lost property will be charged posting and packaging of each item  
\- My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remotely accessed with the benefit of having 24/7 Guest Support  
\- Only guests who have paid are permitted to stay. Please do not invite guests who are not authorised to stay.  
\- This is a residential area, please be respectful to the neighbours and do not play loud music after 11pm. If the purpose of your stay is to party all hours, then this place is not for you.  
  
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.  
  
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.  
  
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
