This is a beautiful retreat with panoramic ocean views. The views are absolutely spectacular! Views of the coastline forever. There is also a view of the Point Arena lighthouse.

Look out through the glass walls of this coastal cliff home and see the sights that a soaring eagle can see. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the magnificent Pacific Ocean breaking against the rocks below on the edge of the property. If you love the ocean you will love this house.

Snuggle into the warmth of your own private hot tub while watching the untamed waves of the north coast peak and crash below. Sit comfortably with a book in the window seats while spotting the migrating whales. Soak in the large jetted bath tub or watch movies while sitting by the large fireplace. Enjoy personal access to a gated, private, sandy, isolated, six mile beach.

Wonderful location on the cliffs with spectacular ocean view. Loved the place. Only issue was the tv didn’t seem to work when we went to watch a movie at night. But who cares with this kind of you definitely coming back

Needs an overhaul
Upon arrival it was noted that everything needs to be redone. No screens on windows and screen doors torn. Stains on carpets, sticky dishes, mold in shower and in exhaust fan. Only one shower is usable. Couch and chairs horribly uncomfortable. Worst was the stain on the comforter in the primary. Communication with the owner was poor at best from pre arrival to 24 hours after arrival. The housekeeper brought clean blankets on day two but then bad mouthed the owner and said horrible things about them and the property. I contacted the owner via message on the app. Then called VRBO. I was connected with the owner who was not sympathetic however was receptive to the feedback. This was supposed to be a relaxing rejuvenating trip for my daughters and myself for my birthday. Instead it was stressful. We checked out the next morning and was promised a refund but only verbally. No written confirmation from the owner or VRBO regarding this. I don’t complain about things ever so found this entire interaction stressful. The owner was curtly polite but in the end asked me to put a good review which I told her I could not do as it would not be the truth. I hope they find a new property manager and do some upgrades or lower this price significantly for the future. I have learned a lesson which is, never use VRBO again. Best part of the whole trip was finding The Heritage House in Little River which overall ended up being less expensive and the lap of luxury.

Comfortable House with Reminders of Past IB Visits
A comfortable older house with reminders of good times at past Irish Beach visits (been visiting the area since the 1970s). clean windows for the fantastic ocean view, Comfortable bed & furniture & well-equipped kitchen with mix of old & new appliances. An issue with clothes washer - got fixed in a few days. Definitely would stay again. ( but house is for sale by International Realty so probably will be refurbished & priced out of our range.)

A few minor updates and this house would be perfect.
We loved this house, and it is hard not to give it a 5/5. The view is everything that you would expect from pictures. The view dominates the house, it's amazing. Enjoying the hot tub while watching the sunset was a favorite for sure. The house has comfy beds, couch but it just needs a deep clean and some new screens. A few minor updates would be great.

Ocean front cliff: hear the waves 24/7!
Delightedly walked into an incredible view over the ocean cliffs. Spectacular views with full windows across the whole house on the ocean side. Spectacular sunsets and captivating by the storms blowing in from the distant ocean! Easy to use fireplace and hot tub enjoyed by our family. Highly recommend.
