Summary:  
This stylish and bright 1 bedroom apartment is set within a modern development in the Old Trafford area of Manchester, just 5 minutes walk from Old Trafford stadium. The modern interior has been finished to a high standard, with large windows, contemporary furnishings and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay in the city. You will be within walking distance of several popular restaurants, shops, and bus or tram routes - the ideal base to explore Manchester.  
  
The Space:  
This stunning 1 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. Set on a high floor, there are large windows all along one side which fill the apartment with natural light and frame views over the rooftops. The open plan living space is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa and smart TV. There is high speed Wifi throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom features a spacious and powerful shower along with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

Guests have sole access to the apartment.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Set in a quiet and safe area, with nearby shops and restaurants, this is the ideal base to make the most of the city. There are tram and bus stops 2 minutes from the property, taking you to other areas of the city within minutes. You are also just 5 minutes walk from both Old Trafford football and cricket stadiums.  
  
Getting Around:  
There are tram and bus stops just 2 minutes from the apartment, meaning all areas of the city are within easy reach. There's also plenty of shops restaurants and bars within walking distance.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.  
  
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.  
  
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.  
  
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
