This charming three-bedroom mid-terrace property is located on a quiet, leafy residential street just 5 minutes from Beech Road, in a safe, tranquil area of Chorlton. The home has been tastefully refurbished with light walls, artwork, and a few living plants. It features brand-new Fensa-approved double glazing, secure locks, and a gated alleyway at the rear for extra safety.  
  
The property has a cozy Victorian fireplace perfect for winter, with free kindling and logs provided—just remember to keep the guard on and have an adult present when lit. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Chorlton Nature Reserve is conveniently located across the street, offering a pram-friendly route for a scenic 10,000-step walk to the Water Park.  
  
The house boasts a spacious dining table for 6-8 people, a large coat and shoe rack, and a fully equipped kitchen with an 8-hob range cooker, air fryer, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and high-quality kitchenware. It’s a great home in a peaceful neighbourhood, perfect for both relaxation and exploration.
