This modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is set within a contemporary development close to central Manchester. The modern interior has been finished to a high standard, featuring large windows, contemporary furnishings and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in the city. You will be within walking distance of several popular restaurants, shops, and bus or tram routes - the ideal base to explore Manchester.  
  
The Space:  
The interior has been finished to a high standard, featuring stylish furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The generous open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home as well as a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. High speed broadband is available throughout the apartment. The 2 spacious double bedrooms feature comfortable double beds made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as storage space for clothes. The modern family bathroom features a powerful shower over bath, along with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

The Neighborhood:  
Set between central Manchester and Old Trafford, Cornbrook tram stop is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment providing easy access to all that Manchester has to offer. Old Trafford Football and Cricket stadiums are a short tram ride or 25 minute walk away. Central Manchester can also be reached within 25 minutes on foot. There is a park directly opposite the apartment, and a nearby supermarket for your essentials. Central Manchester is just a 10 minute tram ride away.  
  
Getting Around:  
Cornbrook tram stop is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment providing easy access to both central Manchester and Old Trafford within 10 minutes. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby main road. Central Manchester can also be reached within 25 minutes on foot  
  
Other Things to Note:  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.  
  
Hairdryer, hoover, iron, ironing board and towels are available.  
  
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.  
  
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
