Maine Evergreen Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

"Everything was great but the staff was the standout from our check-in to even after we checked out. Gentleman who checked us in was fantastic (Unfortunately, I forget his name). And then about an hour after we checked out I got a call that I had left my laptop in the room. They were able to ship it to our next destination and it was waiting for me when we arrived. Hotel was convenient to the local restaurants and right off the highway (but far enough away that there was no noise)."

"Outstanding outdoor patio overlooking the lake and spending most of our time outside. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Highly recommend if you’re renting a pontoon boat, doing some fishing or just touring the lake. Our favorite so far all years of renting. We hope to come back next year. "Hotel was clean and modern, with everything you need for an overnight stay. The personal highlight of our overnight stay was the bed - the king room bed was so comfy, I even asked for the mattress details upon check out! The Lavazza coffee/coffee maker made the best cup of in room coffee I have had. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating (from the front desk to the restaurant). Free parking across the street from the hotel, and we were able to store our bikes in a storage room behind reception. Also a few good pubs and restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend!"

"This property is even better than the pictures make it look! The host was very easy to communicate with. A beautiful slice of heaven on a Maine lake, will definitely be staying here again!"
