We were visiting family and also exploring the area. There is a brook behind the property that the kids liked to explore. We also went to the Dorset Quarry and Manchester playground which is great for tennis and pickleball. The house is very large and the girls liked having the upstairs bunk room and the teenage boys loved hanging in the basement with the comfy couch. Kitchen was new and well organized and stocked and we enjoyed the fire out in the back yard. So happy we got to take our dog to hang with us as well. Would definitely love to stay here again. The title of this rental is cozy cabin however it is neither small, nor rustic! This home was perfect for our family with its multiple living areas, open floor, plan, and high end finishes. With its location just a stones throw to downtown, you can be at the shops and restaurants in minutes, however the property itself is super quiet and has a beautiful river right behind the house. Several major ski areas are just a short drive and lots of hiking trails so there’s plenty to do. The home itself is extremely comfortable with comfy furniture, granite, countertops, and stainless steel appliances that are all brand new. The most important thing, however, was the incredibly comfortable bedding For a great nights sleep! Diana was such a pleasure to work with, and is an excellent host!
