With two active boys, ages 5 and 7, we could walk to the bookstore, playground and ice cream easily. Walk to beach is fine, too, though a bit longer. Balcony is great for viewing trains and cars going by. Host is very responsive. Kitchen is definitely the best equipped of any rental we have stayed in.
