Beautiful waterfront setting unfortunately due to the weather at the time we could not take full advantage of using the area. The location is close to the main road, very easy to get in and out as needed. We found both the interior and exterior clean and well maintained + well stocked with needed essentials. The backyard is completely fenced in, so the kids and dog could run around and play without us worrying about them falling in the water. The dock had crab traps available, but we also brought our own fishing gear to fish off the dock. The house was very spacious and filled with all the comforts of home. The one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs were plenty for the 6 adults, 3 kids, and a dog. One full bathroom was downstairs while the other full bathroom was upstairs. The downstairs area was great for all of us to be hanging out while we were making meals or relaxing after the beach. The trip to the LBI is super quick and easy from this location. The host was also very responsive and easy to contact. Definitely a great place to stay. We loved it so much that we already booked again for next year! ##### June W.
