« La literie est correcte. Très bon petit déjeuner Je reproche l’attitude du personnel très peu disponible et très froid. Il ne vous aide pas que ce soit à la réception à la piscine (pour déplacer un fauteuil) à l’entrée Très peu d’aide de leur part. Je suis déçue vraiment du personnel. J’ai pourtant l’habitude des Sheraton. »

« First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1\. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2\. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3\. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4\. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...

« Les chambres étaient bien, lits confortables. Par contre au restaurant, c’est l’enfer, on a attendu 2h30 pour un spaghetti et 45 min pour un coke. Il y en a, après 2h30 ont quitté le restaurant car ils n’ont pas été servi. Nous étions juste 2 tables (2 personnes et nous une table de 6)… »

« The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late. »

"La literie est correcte. Très bon petit déjeuner Je reproche l’attitude du personnel très peu disponible et très froid. Il ne vous aide pas que ce soit à la réception à la piscine (pour déplacer un fauteuil) à l’entrée Très peu d’aide de leur part. Je suis déçue vraiment du personnel. J’ai pourtant l’habitude des Sheraton. "

"Séjour pour une nuit en attendant notre avion à 6H le lendemain. nous avons fait une simple réservation et réglé à l'arrivée, la réception c'est très bien passé, nous avons réservé un transfert pour l'aéroport à 4H00 du matin et demandé un réveil, aucun problème le transfert est un peu cher mais à cette heure matinale nous voulions être tranquille, le chauffeur était à l'heure. Nous avons mis 35 minutes pour accéder à l'aéroport, aucune circulation à cette heure."
