Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a fully renovated 4-room apartment that measures 73 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment features modern and tasteful furnishings throughout, with a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV, digital TV, a flat screen, and air conditioning and forced-air heating. The living/dining room also provides access to a balcony. There are three bedrooms, each with its own unique configuration: one room with a single bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), one room with a double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), and another room with a double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). All bedrooms have air conditioning and forced-air heating for your comfort. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island, and it also features air conditioning and forced-air heating. The apartment has one shower/WC, and the floors are made of wood throughout. From the small balcony, you can enjoy a marvellous view of the sea.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation stay, you will have access to various amenities to enhance your experience. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer for your convenience. Additionally, you will have access to free WiFi internet throughout the property. Please note that the apartment is designated as a non-smoking unit, ensuring a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests. For your safety, a fire extinguisher is also provided. It's important to note that there is no lift in the building.
