From the house, the various outdoor terraces and the garden you have a breathtaking sea view, relaxing and shallow sea noise included! Already the spacious and high reception area makes it easy to explore the house immediately. Les plus de la villa sont: la propreté, les équipements, les literies très confortables, le coin piscine avec le sauna, le magnifique jardin, la vue et l'environnement au calme et proche de la plage. Les points à améliorer : tout est en Allemand (TV, lecture, jeux), la piscine n'est pas chauffée (heureusement il y a le sauna), les frais supplémentaires gonflent beaucoup le prix de la location. Die eingestellten Bilder sprechen für sich und sind absolut authentisch. Ein Ort, an dem man Ruhe findet, im herrlichen Pool schwimmen oder abends den Tag im BBQ Haus ausklingen lassen kann - sowas haben wir in vielen Jahren Urlaub - im vielen angemieteten Ferienhäusern- in einem solch stimmigen Gesamtbild noch nie gehabt. Den unglaublichen Meerblick und die fussläufige Strandnähe nicht zu vergessen. Es ist einfach nur perfekt. Das Verwalter-Ehepaar hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen, alles gezeigt und war auch nach Einzug für jede Frage erreichbar. Das Haus war ohne jede Ausnahme sauber und top gepflegt. - Die 5 Sterne sind absolut gerechtfertigt und nicht übertrieben. Cala Murada ist auch vom Massen-Tourismus verschont. Auch das ist ein großes Plus. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub. ##### Dirk O. Séjour de 9 nuits en juin 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Stefan R. 31 janv. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Wundervolle und liebevoll eingerichtete Villa, an der nichts fehlt Nachdem wir Mallorca nur aus den Sommerurlauben kennen, haben wir dieses Jahr spontan eine Woche im Januar gebucht. Wir waren in Cala Murada und haben die Zeit in diesem einzigartigen Haus sehr genossen. Der traumhafte Blick vom Wohnzimmer aufs Meer hat uns an den zum Teil stürmischen Tagen einen wunderbaren Ausblick geboten. An sonnigen Tagen waren wir auf der Terrasse und im Grillhaus mit Wein und Musik aus der Aussenmusikanlage und konnten in der Sauna mit Blick auf das Meer den Abend ausklingen lassen. Es war leider noch zu frisch, um den traumhaften Pool nutzen zu können - er ist sehr einladend und mit Sicherheit eine tolle Abkühlung im Sommer und so groß, dass man auch einige Bahnen gut schwimmen kann. Das Haus ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allein die Eingangshalle mit anschliessendem Wohnzimmer hat das Potential zum WOW Effekt, in den man auch gerne mal Freunde einladen möchte. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohlgefühlt, jedes der Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine eigene Aussenterrasse bzw Balkon, so dass immer genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bestehen. In vielen Häusern, in denen wir bisher waren, waren oft die Betten in den Schlafzimmern eine Schwachstelle; das kann man in der Villa Tres Hijas nicht sagen: sehr bequeme und hochwertige Matratzen haben uns hervorragend schlafen lassen. Für uns als Hobbyköche war die Küche wirklich ein Traum! Top eingerichtet mit neuester technischer Ausstattung. Das Verwalterehepaar Buschmann hat uns herzlich willkommen geheissen und war jederzeit für Rückfragen erreichbar. So wünscht man sich eine perfekte, angenehme und zurückhaltende Unterstützung für einen gelungenen Urlaub. 5 Sterne bringen fast nicht zum Ausdruck, wie sehr wir den Urlaub genossen haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ##### Stefan R. ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jan Z. 20 janv. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Traumhafte Villa in Cala Murada mit sagenhaftem Meerblick Eine aussergewöhnliche Villa, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Villa ist sehr schön konzipiert und erfüllt alle Anforderungen an einen erholsamen Familienurlaub; selbst mit 8 Personen ist es nicht zu voll. Wir hatten sofort den Eindruck, dass dieses Haus etwas ganz besonderes ist und wir wurden nicht eine Sekunde enttäuscht. Sowohl Ausstattung als auch Aufteilung sind sehr gut überlegt, so dass jede Person immer sehr schöne Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für innen und aussen findet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist absolut herauszuheben, sogar ein Thermomix (allerdings nicht neuester Bauart) war vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit ist exzellent. Der grosse Garten mit Pool und Barbeque Haus, separater Dusche und WC runden das Angebot toll ab. Für die etwas kühlere Jahreszeit kann man auf die Sauna zurückgreifen - auch diese mit Meerblick. Das Haus liegt ruhig in Cala Murada, zum Strand sind es keine 10 Minuten - die Lage ist einzigartig. Wir waren in vielen tollen Häusern, aber das hier war nicht zu toppen.
