Summary: Welcome to your home base in Mammoth Lakes! This condominium sleeps up to 8 and offers mountain views plus access to a communal pool and hot tub, all close to town conveniences. The Space: Settle into a comfortable, no-fuss alpine retreat with room for your group to spread out across two bedrooms, an open loft, and three full bathrooms. The living areas provide an easy spot to relax after a day on the mountain or trails, and a DVD player is available for simple movie nights. Fire up the outdoor BBQ grill for casual cookouts at home. You’ll also have access to the community pool and hot tub for a restorative soak or a refreshing dip. Parking is provided for up to two vehicles in the unassigned lot. What You’ll Love (Features) • Convenient Mammoth Lakes location near Old Mammoth Rd dining, the Vons corridor, and the Village at Mammoth (great for food, shopping, and après). • Mountain views. • Two bedrooms plus an open loft; sleeps up to 8. • Three full bathrooms. • Access to communal pool and hot tub. • Outdoor BBQ grill. • DVD player for simple entertainment. • Parking for up to 2 vehicles (see Important Things to Note for details). Ensuite full bathroom. • Loft (open): One single bed and one bunk bed, sleeps up to 3. • Bathroom 3: Full bathroom off the common area. Important Things to Note • Stairs: Stairs are required inside the home (please see photos). • Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the unassigned parking lot. Spaces are not designated. • WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be intermittent throughout town. • Pets: This home is not pet-friendly. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. It is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary amenities. It is very close to shopping and a short drive to village and ski areas. Just keep in mind there is very little flexibility on checkout. Be prepared to checkout on time. ##### Bob S. Loved everything, location, size, the updated baths and kitchen and the woodsy look of it. The big issue here is the kitchen is lacking some basic tools that making cooking easy. Four stars above because I emailed rental company asking if we could borrow a hair dryer and never heard back. Also saw a lot of stuff under beds when we were leaving from other guests—pistachio shell, sock, kid’s toy, etc. LOVED this rental!! (Bringing in luggage/grocer is a bit of a trek from the car).
