This stand alone detached home hi is the only single unit just a short distance to the popular Village at Mammoth Gondola. Location, space, and location! The FREE shuttle stops every 15 minutes just steps from your front door and you won't need to park your car at the mountain. The home is unlike any other! Professionally decorated w/ gas fireplace, propane BBQ grill and 2,100 square feet of beautiful living! This luxurious detached home is a short distance to the popular Village at Mammoth and Village Gondola to Canyon Lodge. A great location and close to entertainment, festivals, a variety of dining options, General Store, tickets, bike/ski rentals, Schat's Bakery, Footloose, Restaurants and many others. Very conveniently located to enjoy charming boutiques, beautiful lakes, and fresh mountain air. High in the spectacular Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains, this executive townhome is nestled alongside the Sierra Star Golf Course and only a few steps from the Free Town of Mammoth Lakes shuttle bus and Town Bike Path .... yet located in a quiet cul-de-sac setting. Less than 45-minute scenic drive to beautiful Yosemite National Park (Half Dome and El Capitan) and Mono Lake or Bodie State Park ghost town! Just a short drive to June Mountain and only a few minutes from Lake George, Lake Mary, and the Twin Lakes. 15 minutes’ drive to the Mammoth Yosemite Airport (MMH) and a 50-minute drive to the Bishop, Ca. airport (BIH). This room also includes a desk with high-speed wireless internet access and keyboard/mouse/monitor for use with your laptop. Great for remote working. A second spacious bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size bed and dresser along with iPod docking station. The third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, 2 dressers, a twin hide-a-mat with a private patio deck. The leather Queen sleeper-sofa located in the family room provides additional sleeping. Family room has a big screen TV, amazing home theatre surround sound system, iPod dock, and gas fireplace. The property is well maintained with a snowplow coming by in the AM to clear the snow build-up in the driveway. There are two lengthy indoor garage spots. I was able to park my Tesla X with rear bike rack and ski/snowboard attachment without any problems. The owners had preheated the house prior to our arrival (nice touch) so it was cozy when we entered. The house, a relatively new build, itself is very clean and roomy with three bedrooms and a loft. One bedroom has two sets of bunks that are ideal for kids, as is the loft. The master bedroom I slept in had a comfortable mattress and blankets. Hot water was not a problem for the bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, they had a good collection of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. We cooked three or four meals and had all the items we needed. Gas stove was a plus! Location wise, was great as it's right next to the Mammoth shuttle pick-up and drop-off on Main. You could also walk to Canyon Village but it's about a half mile. It’s just such a beautiful location, close by to the downtown And the people who run the place have a great communication and hospitality thank you guys so much. We’ll be back again. ##### Armond B.
