This Mammoth Lakes vacation condo offers a quaint unit at Mammoth's luxury hotel, The Village at Mammoth, where guests will find shopping, dining, and nightlife that makes staying in Mammoth Lakes that much more exciting. It’s just under 1000 square feet and located top floor, street side, in The Village’s White Mountain Lodge.  With endless winter and summer activities and the great central location, this vacation condo is the perfect spot for your next Mammoth vacation.

Easy ski access in winter makes this condo all the more appealing.  It’s a couple hundred feet from the gondola to access Canyon Lodge and directly across the street from the bus stop to get to the Main Lodge providing awesome ski access.  Relax knowing you are just a few steps from reaching Mammoth Mountain Resort, and can quickly retreat back to your condo to warm up in front of the fireplace for a lunch break or after a fun day on the slopes.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed, wall mounted TV, mirrored wardrobe doors, and an en-suite bathroom. The master bath has a stand-up shower with a rainfall shower head.  Adjacent to the shower is a tub plus a hand held shower head. 
The second bedroom, opposite the living area from the first, has a queen size bed and mirrored wardrobe doors.  A wall mounted TV as well as two wall mounted monitors are provided.  The fold away desk, in conjunction with the monitors, enables the second bedroom to also be used as a home office.  Both monitors accept DVI, VGA, and HDMI inputs—one DVI and one VGA cable are provided. 

The second full bath services the second bedroom and living areas with a tub and integrated shower.  There is a nice kitchen area, perfect to cook meals for the whole crew, with granite counter tops and updated appliances.  This unit is one of the very few if not the only Village condo with an extended countertop providing barstool seating 4 people. The fold away table and chairs can be used indoors or outdoors for family dining, board games, or just to catch up on the day’s activities and explorations.  A few feet away in the living area is a sectional couch as well as a comfy over-sized chair, perfect to cuddle up in front of the gas fireplace or watch TV. 

Village 2409 is the perfect accommodation for winter vacations, but also a great home base for your summer getaways featuring a portable AC unit in the living room. The oversize balcony includes four outdoor chairs and a side table.  This spacious balcony has plenty of room for not only the outdoor furniture, but also the foldaway table and and four folding chairs, providing comfortable seating for eight. 

Yosemite National Park is just a short drive away and unlocks endless opportunities for sightseeing, hiking, and adventure. Simplify your summer Yosemite lodging by staying at the convenient Village White Mountain Lodge. Lake McLeod is 5 miles from the Village and is a great hike for all skill levels. This 1.5 mile gradual hike is perfect for packing a picnic and enjoying the breathtaking views.

Please note that parking in the Village covered parking garage is limited and only 1 parking pass is allowed per condo, regardless of the size. The parking garage for this complex can accommodate vehicles 8'6" or smaller.  Additional parking is available across the street for a fee.

Great Location in the Village!

We loved this place! There were 4 of us and the condo was perfect. The beds were so comfy and there were plenty of linens for all of us. We would definitely book again!

Ski Week In Mammoth

Excellent condo with clean rooms and a great common area for the three of us. Additionally, a TV in each bedroom meant multiple shows could be watched at a time. Kitchen appearance was great. Cookware and refrigerator were dated, but everything worked fine. Would stay here again.

Dirty, noisy, noisy, noisy!!!!!

We stayed here over MLK weekend and had a disappointing experience. Both bathroom showers were so clogged that it was difficult to use them, and the hand soap was so cheap it didn’t even lather. I ended up buying hand soap from Vons to replace it. I visit the village 4-5 times each ski season, and this was the first time I felt compelled to call about the cleanliness and upkeep of a property. The unit was advertised as a great top-floor location, but it must be above a bar because the noise from partying lasted until 2-3 a.m., followed by maintenance crews with blowers at 7 a.m.When I called to give feedback after my stay, I spoke with a rude staff member who told me I should have called during my visit and that there was nothing they could do now. I explained that I didn’t want to waste my time waiting for maintenance while trying to enjoy my ski trip, but she was dismissive and even yelled at me. I made the call to help improve the experience for the next guest, but her attitude was unacceptable. I mentioned twice to her that I was not asking for a refund. Additionally, the unit was dusty, as if housekeeping hadn’t properly cleaned it after the previous guest.Overall, this property was poorly maintained, noisy, and fell far short of expectations. I won’t be staying here again.
