Welcome to your paw-some mountain hideaway! Nestled just a hop, skip, and a jump across the street from the Little Eagle ski area, our pet-tacular 1-bedroom resort condo is ready to make your Mammoth Lakes getaway legendary!

This condo’s been freshly glammed up with a brand-new kitchen that’s got sleek granite countertops and cabinets so spacious, you’ll feel like a top chef with all the room to create culinary masterpieces (or just whip up a hot cocoa, we won’t judge). The dining area features a pull-out couch with a Tempurpedic mattress for those extra cozy Zzz's after an epic day on the slopes.

Got kiddos? Or a couple of adult-sized bed hogs? The bunk area is perfect for everyone looking to crash in comfort. And when nature calls, you’ve got a pristine bathroom, plus in-unit laundry, so you can keep your snow gear fresh all week long!

Step outside your condo and you’re living the resort dream! Your all-access pass includes a gym, spa, sauna, pool, tennis courts, BBQ areas, and underground parking! No need to wait around for shuttles—you’re literally across the street from Little Eagle. Hello, convenience!

And for those with four-legged friends, we roll out the red carpet for your pups! We’re dog-friendly with a small $200 pet fee (max 2 dogs), but please make sure your fur babies are well-behaved—because if they get a little too wild, you might get a surprise cleaning fee.

A heads-up: The Eagle Lodge ski area opening times depend on snow (fingers crossed!) so check out the Mammoth Mountain website for the most up-to-date details.

Please note that condos in Mammoth do not have A/C. It doesn't get hot enough here. Opening the windows will cool it right down. BBQ's are only available in the Summer time. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, there will be an extra $150 cleaning fee added on after you book.

Short walk to Eagle lodge!

Indoor garage parking spot. Well equipped condo was clean and adequate for our family. 1 bunk bed, pull out sofa, and a king bed in a separate bedroom. The sofa pull out has some springs missing in one corner, no biggie unless you sit on the end of the bed! We would stay here again!

Perfect for what we needed

Our stay at this property was great. The location was more than ideal. Walking distance to the slopes and the place was nice and cozy. A little tired as past renters have stated but the place was nice and clean and it was perfect for our family! We would love to come back again!

Good time in Mammoth

This was a great location for our stay to play in the snow. Eagle Lodge is walking distance and the place was equipped with all that we needed. It was cold the first night and the place took some time to heat up, but after the first night, it was comfortable the rest of our stay. We would choose to stay here again!

We enjoyed this condo and would stay again. The location is indeed walking distance to Eagle chair. This condo is ideal with underground parking and easy access. The bedroom was nice and bunk beds comfortable. I’ll keep this on my Mammoth list for sure.

Our third stay at the Summit. This was by far our favorite room.

The condo is well equipped for cooking and entertainment. Easy access to garage and pool/spa. Condo was clean and has many nice upgrades. Like the layout and size of it as well. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice condo. Great location.

Great location close to downtown Mammoth. In the epicenter of fun. Rode mountain bikes straight from the condo all around town. Condo is well stocked and clean. Very nice shower with hot hot water. Kitchen is well appointed. My wife and I love to cook and we weren’t disappointed with what we had to work with. Would rent again.

Great stay!

Condo was excellent! It was clean, large and plenty of light. With the windows open you got a nice breeze. They did provide a fan which was also helpful. If you use a lot of Kleenex, paper towels or TP, you will need to buy some extra, which was not a big deal at all. Location was close to anything you wanted to do. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great location, perfect for our small family.

Had a great stay here. Condo was clean, well provisioned (maybe could use better knives), plenty of towels ect, comfy beds. Property manager was great to work with and always available for questions. Small details could use some attention, no deadlock or second lock on front door which is a little weird, bedroom door doesn’t quite shut. Nothing that bothered our stay. Easy to check in, easy to find, and walkable to Eagle Lodge. It was really a great fit for family, 2 adults and 2 young kids and dog. Would be happy to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Within walking distance to Eagle lodge or literally 3 min drive if that. Condo is right up the first flight of stairs from the underground parking so it makes hauling all the luggage and ski equipment upon arrival and exit a breeze compared to other condos at the Summit.

Walking Distance To Eagle Lodge!

This cabin has an easy walk to Eagle Lodge. It is a nice place if you have a pet. Very easy to access to the outside. Great walking trail throughout the community. The place is a little dated with dated carpet , minimal amount of supplies for cooking . Bring change for the washer and dryer All and all it was nice to be able to bring our pet with us.

The condo itself was neat and clean. We liked the condo and its location. One of the pools was under construction and the tennis courts were under construction which made it dirty and dusty. It was a little walk to the other pool, but at least there was another pool that was nice and clean.
