This is a fine condo in an especially pleasant and quiet part of Mammoth Lakes. It is new and clean and has a fully stocked kitchen, that can meet more or less any cooking need. It has a great, big-screen TV and two decks that have pleasant views. I would say this condo can accommodate any configuration of travelers, but is ideal for 1-2 families. It's in an area that feels more like a neighborhood than part of condo grid in the central part of town. As such, you're not going to be kept up at night by partying 20-somethings nor will you have to endure a rendition of "Freebird", with your rooms less than 250 feet from a festival bandstand.
