The unit was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent and made everything easy and convenient.A few small kitchen basics were missing (like foil and cookie sheets, spices), but we were able to make do. We had a couple minor problems which were immediately addressed; the management company (Nomadness) brought us a replacement fan the same day we called and were pleasant to deal with:) The pots, pans, and kitchen ware were in great condition. Bedding and towels were all clean and in good condition. The Summit complex has let a few things on their property fall into disrepair but the condo we stayed in was nice. Some of the furniture felt a bit rickety and we avoided using then in fear of breaking anything. The king sized bed in the second bedroom was VERY hard and uncomfortable and the bed frame was very wobbly. There was no information in the listening says that the room did not have AC, however i did ask the property manager for a couple extra fans and they had them to us in within a couple hours. Great spot to stay in Mammoth. The home was perfect for our stay with our family of 6\. The pictures really don’t do it justice. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and handsoap. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Complex has 2 spas with sauna just outside the unit. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. There is good seating in the living room, but there could be better lighting. There could also be brighter bedside lamps for reading in bed. It's great to park in the inside garage (one car). Our other car parked nearby in the Summit complex's lot.
