The unit was completely remodeled - offering a fully equipped kitchen (NEW STAINLESS APPLIANCES ) and a separate area for relaxation and entertaining. The living area offers a gas fireplace, and seating for up to six adults on a top grade leather sofa. The sofa folds out to a comfortable queen bed (new 2020 memory foam mattress on sofa bed). A large flat screen HDTV and DVD/CD/IPOD entertainment center makes this the perfect place to relax. Glass doors lead to a private balcony with seating to enjoy the views of the mountain. The Master Bedroom features a deluxe King bed with a luxurious Foam mattress, fine linens and feather pillows. A flat screen TV with smart DVD player. It was so easy to get on/off the slope. The lift is right there! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. I enjoyed watching the lift from the room. We have rented a lot of different condos in Mammoth area. The location is much quieter than the village or Juniper. The unit is nicely updated, clean & well furnished. No pets allowed is a huge plus for our allergies. Really appreciate the nicely equipped kitchen and new appliances. The foam mattress is super comfortable & supportive. Moving this to the top of our list for places to stay in Mammoth.Thanks to the hosts for all the wonderuflly little touches. ##### Eric K.
