Hot tub is communal but has a nice heated hallway & sauna room. One of the beds in the loft was extremely wobbly and probably needs the screws tightened. We appreciated how quickly the maintenance team responded when we reported a clogged kitchen sink — it was taken care of promptly.However, we were a bit disappointed that the main balcony off the living room, which offers a beautiful view, was not usable during our stay. It had both firewood and some construction debris, which made it feel unsafe to spend time out there.While the house appeared surface clean upon arrival, a deeper clean would have made the stay even more comfortable. We all suffered from congestion any time we were in the house. The couch is large but would benefit from a professional cleaning, it made us itchy!
