This south/west facing end unit is filled with sunlight and has some of the best, unobstructed views of the Sierra Mountains in all of Mammoth Lakes. See Mammoth Mountain, Mammoth Crest, Mammoth Rock, and the Sherwin Mountain range from the many light-filled windows. Completed in January, and having gone through three months of outfitting, everything is brand new with a rustic/modern design. Boulder Creek is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom end unit that sleeps 8, and at nearly 2,000 square feet it has plenty of room for you, your family, and....your pets! YES, this is a pet friendly unit and has NO pet fees (we believe that pets are family, too!). Boulder Creek has a fully stocked chef's kitchen with high-end appliances, beautiful gas fireplace, 9' shuffleboard table, board game collection with poker set and a 65" OLED television in the family room. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bath and flat screen TV. There is a dedicated laundry room with a brand new LG Wash Tower. Additionally, park snow-free in the 2-car garage with one of the longest driveways in the complex, a 220V plug for EV charging, ski and snowboard racks and two boot warming stations. Located approx. six minutes from Eagle Lodge, two minutes from the Snowcreek Resort golf course, three minute walk to town shuttle, and adjacent to the Snowcreek Athletic Club, you will find this space convenient for all things Mammoth! Where you will sleep: Upstairs Master: A King bed, medium density luxury mattress, with various size and density pillows to accommodate all sleeping preferences. The attached master bath has a large walk-in shower and walk in closet. Downstairs Master: A California King bed, medium-firm luxury mattress, with various size and density pillows. The attached bath has a large walk-in shower. In addition, this room has a huge patio for summer relaxation. 2nd Downstairs Bedroom: A Queen bed, medium-firm luxury mattress, with various size and density pillows. The attached bath has a tub/shower combo. Additional two sleeping spots provided by portable foldout Twin beds for extra sleeping flexibility and comfort. You will have access to the entire unit. Probably the best VRBO ive rented in Mammoth and ive been renting for decades. The hosts Eric and Sarah couldnt be more accommodating and the place was immaculately clean, new, and had everything you need plus a shuffle board! Super roomy place, everything is new, the kitchen is always my deal breaker and this one did not disappoint.
