Located on a quiet street in Old Mammoth boasting beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, this condo provides deluxe accommodations near the slopes of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. Here on the edge of lovely open space and close to the Snowcreek Golf Course, you'll be only two miles from Eagle Lodge and the heart of Mammoth Village. The condo is accessed via a set of five steps, and is a two-story layout with the main suite on the ground floor. The en-suite bath boasts a double vanity and a tub/shower combination, as well as a separate walk-in shower! This rental is also equipped with a premium, updated WiFi and a Nest smart thermostat. Although this condo is not equipped with AC, it is rarely needed with Mammoth’s mild summer temperatures.

Start each day on a tasty note with a fresh cup fo coffee on the private balcony. Unwind in one of the three shared outdoor hot tubs after a day of adventures, and come home to find comfortable furnishings and a thoughtfully remodeled kitchen. The open living space is full of light, offering a plush sectional sofa in front of a fireplace and a flatscreen TV, a dining room table for six, and sliding doors that lead to the balcony overlooking the mountains. Each of the two bedrooms, including a primary suite, provides direct access to the outdoors.

Mammoth Vacation

We've stayed at this property several times and always enjoy our stay. Great location, peaceful yet close to lifts and restaurant, and very well appointed. The only issue is that the TV/Cable were not working and it took over 24 hours to get the issue resolved. A day without TV is not the worse thing but on a cold and snowy vacation day being able to relax on the couch and watch March Madness or a movie is a great way to unwind.

This property checks all the boxes and is in a beautiful area with 3 different sliding glass doors to allow the outside in. Clean, well maintained and supplied. I would stay here again.

A perfect retreat

This condo, located in Snowcreek, is an ideal base for Mammoth adventures. It was clean, well-stocked with all kitchen gear, and affordable. We went in winter, and it's a short drive to and from the mountain. We also enjoyed snowshoeing to Mammoth Rock, as the Sherwin Meadow is just behind the property. You can even walk to Old Mammoth (the Vons center), but getting to the Village is better done in a car.

Peaceful Stay in Mammoth

The condo was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and in a very nice location. Just far enough away that you felt and enjoyed the peace and quite of the mountains, but only a few minute away from town, lifts, and the Village. Our only complaint is with the local customer service team that never showed during our five days to fix the internet and cable problems we reported.

Quiet beautiful view.

Quiet location with great view of Mountains out of the front and back decks. Very relaxing listening to the breeze through the aspen leaves. Had one little issue with the grill. The tank was left on so it empty and there was no secondary tank.

Amazing time!

Awesome property and everything worked out as described. There were sufficient amenities, cookware and we had a fabulous time. We were there to work from our rental and take quick trips to nearby lakes and hot springs after work. We loved the accessibility of this place. And we will love to go back some day.

Good Condo/ Poor management

The condo was as advertised. It is located about a 5-10 minutes from the ski lifts. There is a hill behind the condo for the kids to go sledding. However, we did not enjoy our stay because the alarm system went off every few hours. We contacted the management company the first day, and they promised to fix the issue that night. We notified the management company every day, because it would go off 2 times, around midnight and 3am, every single night, waking up everyone. Therefore, we did not sleep all week. We had a 2 year old with us that had trouble going back to sleep as well, so we generally missed out on 2-3 hours of sleep every night. It appears this condo is run by a national management company. There are representatives that you can speak with, but unfortunately, nobody is local and nobody can actually do anything except apologize and make false promises. I told them they should notify the next guest of this issue prior to their check-in so they can decide if they want to stay elsewhere- I know I wish we did - but I doubt they informed them or fixed the issue. The management company also does not appear to have any actual knowledge of this condo. Before we arrived, we asked if there was any sleds at this location. They said no. So we bought a couple, There were about 6 sleds in the garage. Not a big issue- just identifies the issue with using a national management company. Overall a decent place to stay if there are no issues with the condo. If problems do arise, don't expect anyone to address the problem.

Beautiful condo, great location

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. The location is further outside of town but in a quiet location. The pool/hot tub was closed due to COVID. The only downside was that there was a dirty towel in the bathroom and the sheets in the master bedroom were not not clean upon arrival but they were replaced the next day. Would definitely stay here again.

Snowcreek V is always nice

Great property in Snowcreek V property is a great area to stay in Mammoth Lakes. The condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. There was a leak in the upstairs bathtub from the overflow drain that started when our daughter took a bath and this ended up leaking into the master bedroom right below it through the celling . We could not stay in the master bedroom that night because of this. I contacted both the Turnkey main office and the local property manager in Mammoth lakes the night it happened, this was about 11 pm . A plumber was supposed to come on site the next morning but did not make it till the day after that. When we returned the day after that there was a big hole in the ceiling but the leak was stopped. I have requested a partial refund for our stay as this did cause a major inconvenience to our stay and we could not use the upstairs bathroom and the master bedroom for over a day, and had to take time away from our vacation to deal with the situation. Although both the corporate Turnkey staff and the local manager were good to work with through this situation we feel a partial refund for our stay is warranted. I have asked for this but it has not been granted at this time.

Clean cozy lovely property

The home was really comfortable for our family of four - the decor was really cute , it was very clean . Location is Idyllic - the neighborhood was lovely to walk around they were so amazing to leave bikes in the garage for use to be able to use .

Nice condo. Comfortably sleeps family of five

Nice property, close to the resort, as well as main street and grocery store. Went to Mammoth with our three kids. Beds for everyone. King size in the master, which is nice. Bedrooms are on separate floors, for any families who have very young children. The condo does not have a hot tub, but there is a community hot tub close.
