Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club #12 - Pet Friendly

This two bedroom, two bath townhouse condo enjoys a view of Mammoth Mountains and can accommodate a pet and six people comfortably. The unit has been fully renovated with new beautiful wood floors, new modern kitchen with quartz countertops and custom cabinets, fresh paint and new bedroom furniture.

The living room is furnished in dark hard wood furniture which includes the dining room table, coffee table, and TV. The inviting living room has a flat screen smart tv to enjoy those relaxing times after exploring the wonders of Mammoth Lakes. Both bedrooms come furnished with their own flat screen tvs. This unit is closer to Canyon Lodge for skiing, biking, and hiking and is close to the main spa and pool.

Maximum Occupancy: Unit 12 can accommodate 6 people! Your furry family members are welcome in this condo!

Bed Arrangement: In the comfortable master bedroom you will find a queen bed and in the second bedroom there is a queen bed as well as a set of full/twin bunks. Both bathroom have been fully remodeled and the upstairs bathroom features a full tub while the downstairs bathroom features a walk in shower.

Unit Amenities: The full size remodeled kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances which include, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dishware. For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace!

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx 1/4 of a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.

Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

Nice for up to 6 people, would consider staying again because rates were not bad.

Updated, clean and lovely property. Only negative is coach in living space is atrocious and broken down. More comfortable on the floor. However would definitely book again.

Great Location but outdated

This apartment is in a great location in walking distance to Canyon Express ski lift (about 8-10 minutes). As there are many properties in the area we chose it for proximity to skiing and because we could bring our golden retriever dog. The apartment is outdated and amenities in the kitchen lack items. We had to go out and buy our own dishwasher soap and sponges. The carpet is stained and in replace worthy shape. While the apartment was generally clean, fresh sheets etc., there was hair in the downstairs shower which was off putting and we ended up just showering upstairs. We also found a mask behind the couch and men's underwear under one of the beds. Especially during this pandemic time, it is important that units are cleaned well. There is heating in the upstairs rooms and one downstairs room, but the room with the bunkbed and separate bed did not have heating and it was extremely freezing at night and some of us had to sleep in sweaters. While we enjoyed our stay in Mammoth very much, the unit did not fully live up to our standards.

Good Location, Pet Friendly

A short walk to Canyon Lodge, this condo is nicely arranged for a family, has a great view, and is pet friendly. The main floor has very dated carpet and kitchen equipment but kind of understandable considering that the unit is pet friendly and at a good rate (We bring our portable Keurig on all of our trips). Easy access to the unit which has a an enclosed garage space for one large vehicle. Parking can be challenging for additional vehicles.

Great Location and price point

Property is walking distance from the chair lifts and comes with a garage parking spot. Enjoyed it, but due to covid the management only provided one blanket per bed and the downstairs portion can get very cold at night.

Beds, linens excellent. Bathrooms and kitchen clean Living room/dining room neat and tidy as was the bedrooms BUT. Refrigerator was off and took like a full 24 hrs to get cold. Freezer compartment had mold. Definitely could use a new refrigerator. Carpet, especially at entryway and by slider lots of stains. Screen door of slider bent so does not close properly

This is actually our second time staying at this condo, we especially like that it is dog friendly (we have a little 25 lb Australian Shepard). Great location - walking distance from Canyon Lodge and views of the mountains. Whish list - owner could update very small tv's and uncomfortable sofa.

Great Getaway

My boyfriend and I came to Mammoth for an after tax season trip with our dog. We had such a great time in the cabin when it rained/snowed while we were there. The place had a very nostalgic feel for us, felt like our childhood homes! So nice to be close to the village as well. Great spot! Thank you Jeff!

Great Cabin/Condo

Awesome location with great view. Super close to the village and Canyon Lodge. The garage parking was super convenient and the place itself was more than enough space to house 6 people. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mammoth. All the appliances worked well and place was super clean.

Basic unit with good location & good layout.

The unit is pretty basic but it was clean with room for 3 adults + 2 dogs. More people could have fit. The carpets do have some stains but in general seemed clean. Appliances all worked & were updated. The location was nice with just 1 block walk to Canyon Lodge (not the Village). A good bargain property. Pictures were accurate.

Unit was very run down and we would not recommend it

We expected simple furnishings in order to accommodate a dog, however this unit was VERY rundown. The ragged carpet was pieced together in places that caused tripping,, the closet door stuck, there were no handles on the shower doors in order to get out, and there were broken lamps, light fixtures, and outlets. Regarding the kitchen, the appliances are on their last leg and appeared to be 50+ years old. We found old food in the cupboards and the cabinets above the stove were caked with grease. The very loud dishwasher worked, however the door is almost off its hinge. Aesthetically, it contained one nice and efficient feature which was the fireplace. We have been renting condos in Mammoth for over 30 years and I have not experienced such a lack of pride in ownership before. Very disappointing.
