It sleeps up to 10 people, includes a private hot tub, and has a two-car garage. This modern townhome is the perfect base for your Sierras getaway. With 3 spacious bedrooms, a private loft, and 2 full bathrooms, it offers plenty of space for large groups. The open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you'll need for entertaining. The living room includes a large sofa, two sitting chairs, and a 60” smart Samsung TV. The dining area accommodates up to 10 guests and opens onto a private deck with a gas BBQ. Unlike many rentals, this townhome has no shared or common walls, ensuring privacy and quiet for your stay. Bedroom #1: The master suite features a king size bed and its own private deck, an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool jet tub, a sofa/ sitting chair, and a 60” smart Samsung TV. The kitchen had all of the utensils we needed but could have used more regular sized coffee cups. The hot tub had some kind of gunk in it, so we didn't use it. We read in the manual that the renter was not responsible for anything that didn't work, so we didn't realize we could have asked them to clean it. I've also never stayed at a place that included check out instructions with a list of itemized fees for anything that was missed. Otherwise, it was great. ##### Patricia C.
